Meet Christopher Prem

Chris continues a family tradition that brings 60+ years of real estate experience through three generations of real estate agent. Chris grew up in Excelsior and learned the ins and outs of building, buying, and selling real estate from the best in the business. He attended college at the University of Colorado, focusing on Middle East studies, and later graduated with a Master's degree in International Affairs from the University of Oklahoma. After college, Chris became a pilot in the US Air Force and spent 12 years on active duty commanding AC-130J aircraft.

During this time, Chris learned how to orchestrate multiple people to come together, making seemingly impossible goals a reality. He vows to do the same for every one of his real estate clients. He's always had a passion for real estate, and for the past four years, he has been working relentlessly to help clients sell and purchase property. In his spare time, Chris is an avid ski racer, fisherman, water skier, and, most importantly, a husband and father. He can't wait to help you find the perfect property and negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get the best home at the best price.
