WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME
The house sits atop a hill at the “dead end” of a quiet street, adjacent to 400 acres of old-growth forest and wetlands, overlooking Lake Lucy from a 60-foot bluff. The stairway in the back yard descends directly to the neighborhood dock where we keep a boat to access the amazing private wilderness (nesting eagles and incredible fishing) of 87-acre Lake Lucy.
